Robert Futch

Mr. Futch has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and is currently earning a M.S. in Systems Engineering. He has over 9 years experience in thermal control software, DevOps, and is a certified ISO 13485 Quality Management Lead Auditor. Mr. Futch contributed to the design of thousands of vaccine refrigerators that are now distributed across Africa. He currently leads the engineering team at Delta Development in designing and manufacturing portable blood refrigerators to bring cold-stored medicine and blood products to those in need.

Office Coordinator & Shipping Manager

As a recent addition to the Delta Dev Team, my roles as office coordinator and shipping manager allow me to use my varied experience to help in all different areas of the company. I handle marketing, website coding and design, blog and social media posts, shipping products domestically and internationally, and making sure the office runs like a well-oiled machine with Claire.

As the Office Manager for Delta Dev, I wear a number of hats. I handle the bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and HR, and am also the resident graphic designer and photographer. I have been with the company since January of 2019 and feel so blessed to be a part of a team that is actually making a difference in the world.
